Acceptable use

Use dotmail only for lawful activities and services that permit temporary email. Do not use it to send spam, impersonate others or bypass access restrictions. Availability depends on mailbox providers; delivery timing is not guaranteed.

Mailbox access

Mailboxes are exclusive during a lease. You may access only new mail received in that lease. Access ends on release or expiry. Do not use temporary inboxes for long-term account recovery or sensitive communications.

Points and refunds

Allocation costs points; reading and release are free. Points can come from welcome rewards after email verification, redemption codes, qualifying referrals or administrator credit. Current prices and rewards are shown in your console.

If the initial sync cannot confirm access, the lease ends and points are refunded. An empty inbox is not a connection failure. Early voluntary release does not refund points.

Data and security

dotmail stores account details, hashed credentials, point transactions and allocation records to operate the service. Registration and account recovery use email verification when delivery is available. Administrators can access operational records and mailbox data for support. Online payment is not offered in this version. Formal retention and operator contact details must be published before public launch.
